The Essential First Step Every new client starts here. Behavioural change isn't about suppressing symptoms with quick fixes—it’s about understanding underlying motivations.
How it works:
The History: Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive history form so I can review your pet's background, health, and lifestyle.
The 60-Min Deep Dive: Together, we will assess your pet's environment and decode their subtle body language to understand the root cause of the behaviour.
Immediate Relief: You will receive immediate safety and management tools to reduce stress for both you and your pet right away.
The Bespoke Roadmap: You’ll walk away with a science-backed, welfare-focused step-by-step modification plan tailored entirely to your family.

Tackling the priority list from your roadmap. This is where the plan comes to life. These 60-minute focused, hands-on coaching sessions are designed to refine your technique, trouble-shoot challenges, and build confidence for both you and your pet in real-time.
How it works:
The Priority Check-In: We look at your Bespoke Roadmap and pick the exact skill that needs our immediate attention—whether that's desensitisation, cooperative care, or a specific focus exercise.
The 60-Min Focused Coaching: We roll up our sleeves for a practical, real-time session. I will guide you through the mechanics of the exercises, ensuring your timing and handling are precise and stress-free.
Real-Time Refining: We watch your pet’s immediate response and body language, pivoting and splitting the criteria into smaller steps if they (or you!) need a little extra support.
Next-Step Clarity: You’ll walk away with clear, practical homework for the week ahead, knowing exactly how to progress the skill safely until our next session.

Stopping naughty habits before they start. Every new companion deserves a clear line of communication. This proactive 60-minute session is designed to help you truly understand your new friend, set up their environment for success, and give them the absolute best start in life.
How it works:
The Preparation: Before your session, you’ll share a bit about your new arrival’s breed, age, and your home setup so we can maximise our time together.
The 60-Min Deep Dive: We will explore the why behind normal puppy and kitten development—decoding their unique body language, socialisation needs, and natural instincts.
Proactive Management: Instead of waiting for frustrating habits to form, you’ll get immediate, fear-free strategies to gently guide their choices regarding toilet training, biting, scratching, or settling.
Your New Companion Roadmap: You’ll walk away with a personalised, welfare-focused plan tailored to your pet's personality, ensuring a harmonious home and a confident, happy future together.
